Frequently Asked Questions

• Please provide 60 feet (approximately 7 parking spaces) of clear space for the trailer, free of hazards and foot traffic. If property is unsafe or insufficient, we reserve the right to refuse to park. Any delays caused by clearing space will not extend the scheduled end time. Parking permits, if required, are the responsibility of the customer.

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Deposit can be transferred to a future booking. 
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event: Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• At Fun and Games Mobile Arcade, we welcome gamers of many ages, but we do ask that all guests are able to follow directions from our staff so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience inside the arcade trailer.
• We are happy to host parties for children as young as 6 years old, as long as parents or older siblings are available to help supervise and assist inside the arcade during the event. This extra support helps younger players enjoy the games while keeping everything running smoothly.
• For the best experience, we typically recommend our mobile video game parties for kids ages 7 and older, since they can usually follow instructions easily and get the most out of the multiplayer gaming experience.
• If you’re planning a party and aren’t sure what will work best for your group, the team at Fun and Games Mobile Arcade is always happy to help!

• The Fun and Games Mobile arcade can allow up to 20 players comfortably at once with 18 machines in the trailer.

• The gaming trailer from Fun and Games Mobile Arcade is fully self-contained, allowing us to set up in many different locations as long as there is safe, level parking available. This makes it easy to bring the arcade experience directly to your event.
• We regularly set up at homes, public parks, businesses, schools, sports fields, churches, and community centers. Our goal is to make hosting your party or event simple while delivering a fun and exciting gaming experience for your guests.
• If your location has limited or no street parking, we recommend planning your event at a nearby park or open space. Just make sure any required permits or approvals are obtained in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

•  Due to our high quality trailer and our commitment to the cleanest and most prestigious game truck in our industry we do not allow any food or beverages in our video game truck. 

• Since our game truck is fully enclosed, insulated, and in a climate controlled environment, rain is never an issue and we will still show up for your party/event. If we’re expecting significant snowfall, high winds or a severe storm that threatens the safety of our game theater or your guests, we hold the right to reschedule your event at a later time. We will do our best to find a rescheduled time that works best for both you and us.
